COLLIDED WITH TAXI
MOTOR-CYCLIST KILLED (By Telegraph—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, July 30. Mr. William Thomas Kibston, a diesel excavator driver, employed by the Public Works Department at the Timaru airport, was fatally injured in a-motor accident near Chertsey on Saturday evening. ;,..^ He was motorcycling to spend the evening with his wife, who resides in Sockburn, when he collided, with a taxi taking passengers from Christchurch to Ashburton. > It.' was raining at the time, and visibility was bad. - Death, must haye been instantaneous. ] Mr. Kibston leaves two children, aged three years and one year respectively.
