HENDAYE, July 28. General Franco and his Ministers had a conference at Burgos, not only concerning the troubles which led to; the downfall of four of the nationalist leaders during the war but also the: economic situation which has given rise to political tension. . It is believed that there are 1,250,000 unemployed in Spain. . The Minister of the" Interior, Senor Suner, is urging General Franco to adopt a full Fascist policy and! that he can deal with discontent by repression of former republicans and imposing a check on monarchists.
