DROWNED IN BATH
t (Special to the 'Evening Post.") AUCKLAND, This Day. A resident of Ponsonby, Mrs. Alice Melinda Chapman, aged 54, was found drowned in the bath in a house at 11 Beatty Street, Otahuhu, shortly after . 4 o'clock yesterday afternoon. She had been on a visit to friends, and on the return of one of the occupants of the house was found in the bath, hiving apparently been dead for some time.
