Mr. H. Gatty, representative of Pan* American Airways, stated that th« message from San Francisco that the company intended to resume its Pacific service on August 15 was premature. He had been officially advised that it did not come from the company. Not until a licence for the service had been issued by the United States Government would the company be in a position to make a statement, x;
