In the men's singles in the third round of the Western Canada championships, J. Bromwich (Australia) beat Russell Kenington (Vancouver), 6-3, 6-0, and H. Hopman (Australia) beat Larry Hall (Vancouver), 6-0, 6-2.

In the mixed doubles Torn Brown and Miss Helen Gourlay (Vancouver) beat Hopman and Mrs. Mary Haggart (Vancouver), 6-3, 3-6, 9-7, and Bromwich and Miss Eleanor Young, ' '.he Canadian national champion, beat Oscar Roels and Miss Jean Eckhart (Vancouver), 6-0, 6-1.

Tomorrow is an off day, and the Australians will be the guests of the Vancouver Racing A sociation. Two of the races are named the Harry Hopman Handicap and the Jack Bromwich Feature.
