IWRAMAR V. MARIST
Rain made the ball and ground greasy for the Mframar-Marlst mjitch at the Pole Ground. Under the conditions the back play of Mlramar was distinctly good and the side won by 8 points to nil. Tho scrums were even and Marist got their share of the ball In the line-outs. There was no score at half-time. Miramax attacked mostly throughout the second spell. Marist's best players were Callan and Miggins in the backs, and in the forwards Ueid and Campbell. For MJfaradr, Oreenhall and Potier in the backs, and in the forwards. Flattery, Clark, and James showed up. Miramar's points came from tries by Potier and Greenall and a conversion by the former, Mr. S. Morris was the referee.
