DAIRY PRODUCE
EXHIBITED IN BRADFORD

LONDON, December 8. An exhibition of batter, cheese, and honey, arranged by the New Zealand Dairy Sales Division, is being held in Bradford during the first three weeks of December. It was declared open by the Lord Mayor of Bradford, Alderman T. J. Robinson, in the presence of the High Commissioner, Mr. W. J. Jordan, and Mr. H. E. Davis London manaeer of the division. Nearly threequarters of the local grocers jire combining with the exhibition and are displaying New Zealand products in their S Mr.' Jordan, addressing local business men, said trade was rapidly increasing between New Zealand and England. Whatever New Zealand took from Bradford in payment for goods she spent in the district. New Zealanders. he added, were not foreigners; there were many people holding high positions in the Dominion who were Bradford men. When England dealt with New Zealand she was dealing with her own kith and kin who had gone overcpoc Mr. Jordan asked the Lady Mayoress to accept the gifts of cheese and butter from the producers of New ZeaSThe Lord Mayor said he was always willing to do anything to nromote better trade between the Old Country and the Empire. "Many people think that because we do not seek to interfere in any way with the. government of our colonies and Dominions that we are held together by a very thm thread," he said. "But they soon find that is not so when any trouble comes, and I think one of the most heartening things about the crisis was the way m which our colonies and Dominions showed they were with us.
