The sum proposed to be borrowed .» £2000 c The proposed security is a special annually recurring rate of two pence' and one halfpenny in the pound (2%d in the £1) on the rateable value, on the basis of the Capital Value, of all property :n the Point Howard Special Rating District in the Wainui-o-mata Riding of the County of Hutt, in accordance with the Special Roll of Ratepayers advertised in the "Evening Post*' on September 22, 1938. The term for which the said Loan or any part thereof may be borrowed shall be seven (7) years. •'• The rate of interest that may be paid in respect of the said Loan or any part thereof shall be such as shall not produce to the lender or lenders a rate exceeding three pounds ten shillings (£3 10s Od) per centum per annum. The said Loan or any part thereof, together with interest thereon, shall be repaid by equal aggregate half-yearly instalments extending over the term of th© Loan, viz., seven years.
