HUGE FIGHTING FUND
(Received January 4, 10 aim.) ' LONDON, January 3. The city edition of the "Daily Mail" states that the creation of a fighting fund of several million pounds to help the liner section of British shipping to resist the threats of subsidised shipping all over the world is being discussed in London and Liverpool. It is not regarded as a subsidy but as a bargaining weapon to compel foreign competitors to see reason.
