AMNESTY GRANTED
50 MEN AND WOMEN

LONDON, January 2.
The Hendaye correspondent of the "Daily Telegraph" / says that General Franco granted an amnesty to 50 men and women who had been sentenced to death but that the squalid prisons are overcrowded throughout Spain.
