A NEW EXPERIMENT

Regarded as a test for economy in the construction of farm to market arteries the first "cement stabilised" road was recently completed in New Jersey. This experimental section, two miles long, has been constructed by mixing a cement with dirt or other materials already on the roadway and during the present winter season will be under observation to compare its stability as compared with cotton and other material- already under test.
