NELSON, This Day

Under the direction of the Minister ot Justice, Arthur Frederick Kerr, aged 55 years, who is charged with murdering his wile on December 16 at Uruwhenua, is retained in the Nelson Mental Hospital for observation until January .24, 1939. The accused was charged before Justices of the Peace this morning.
