LATVIAN MINISTER IN LONDON

The Latvian Foreign Minister, M. Munters, arrived in London. He stated that it was a visit of friendship in return for the recent visit of Lord Plymouth, to Latvia. He added: "We shall combine some discussions about economics and there will be some exchange of views on the general situation in Europe."
