MINISTER

LONDON, December 4

The International Peace Campaign authorities have arranged for 600 prominent men and women from every Pai'liamentary constituency to visit Mr. Chamberlain before his visit to Rome to urge him to make it plain that Anglo-Italian friendship cannot be secured till all foreign troops and material are withdrawn from Spain.
