Mr. H. Eric Miller, chairman of the Eastern firm of Harrisons and Crosfield, informed shareholders at the annual meeting in London recently that as far as rubber is concerned he would emphasise the importance of business recovery in America; but he expressed the belief that a- continuance of that recovery, combined with drastic restriction, will bring, about a return of satisfactory conditions for producers.
