MILK INDUSTRY
BRITISH BILL TO BE WITHDRAWN .

RUGBY, November 30.
Because of opposition throughout the country, the Government is withdrawing the Milk Industry Bill, under which it proposed to establish a Milk Commission with very wide powers for the distribution experimentally by, monopolies in ten large areas, involving the disappearance of small retailers.
The Bill will be presented in a new form' later.
