NEW WORLD'S RECORD
A Press Association message from Lexington, Kentucky, states that Greyhound lowered his own world's trotting record for a mile from lxnin 56sec to lmin 55Jsec.
The previous record stood to the credit of Peter Manning, who ran lmin 56 3-ssec, these figures standing for twenty-two years until Greyhound broke them last season.
