LONDON, October 5,
The Istanbul correspondent of "The Times" states that Dr. Funk arrived there and has gone to Angora, where he will be the guest of the Government until October 8. It is expected that Dr. Funk will take the opportunity to further the traditional German propaganda in the Balkans, where it is undeniable that recent events have enhanced Germany's prestige.
