NOTHING TO DO WITH THE
AGREEMENT

LONDON, October 5
The Soviet Embassy in London issued a statement that the Soviet is not giving the French Premier powers on its behalf and had nothing to do with the Munich conference. France and Britain did not consult the Soviet, but only informed the Government of accomplished facts.
