The reason why the Minister of Agriculture (the Hon. W. Lee Martin). Was to address two political meetings on Sunday was sought from the Minister of Lands (the Hon. F. Langstone) at Te Kowhai.' .' '
Mr. Langstone replied by quoting Scripture .to',the' effect that the Sabbath w.*"is made for. man, not. man for the '..S^bath.... A voice: But- Mr. Lee Martin is following his usual occupation ,by electioneering.
Mr. Langstone: Electioneering is not an occupation. It is a complaint.
