INTOXICATION ALLEGED

Charged with being intoxicated in charge of a motor vehicle in Grey Street yesterday, Walter Denis Sturgeon, a salesman, aged 28, appeared before Mr. J. L. Stout, S.M., in the Magistrate's Court today. Mr. A. J. Mazengarb, who appeared for the defendant, said that .his client would be pleading not guilty. A remand for a week was granted on the application of the police.
