TRAFFIC PROSECUTIONS

Offenders against the traffic regulations appeared before Mr. J. L. Stout, S.M., in the Magistrate's Court yes~ terday. For breaches of the parking regulations, Stanley Carter, Montrose Erwin Mitchinson, and Frederick Arnold Waterhouse were fined 15s and costs.

For driving without a licence, Leslie Frank Brittain, William Thomas Allan Burdett, Raymond Arnold Eder, John Keith MacDoriald, Montrose Erwin Mitchinson, and Cyril Winstone Wahren were each fined 10s and costs.

For driving without due care, Richard Simon Bender and Edward Arfhur Drury were each fined £2 and costs.

For having no warrant of fitness, Leslie Frank Brittain, John Keith Mac Donald, and Henry Albert Mason were each fined 10s and costs.
