TRAFFIC PROSECUTIONS
Offenders against the traffic regulations appeared before Mr. J. L. Stout, S.M., in the Magistrate's Court yes~ terday. For breaches of the parking regulations, Stanley Carter, Montrose Erwin Mitchinson, and Frederick Arnold Waterhouse were fined 15s and costs.
For driving without a licence, Leslie Frank Brittain, William Thomas Allan Burdett, Raymond Arnold Eder, John Keith MacDoriald, Montrose Erwin Mitchinson, and Cyril Winstone Wahren were each fined 10s and costs.
For driving without due care, Richard Simon Bender and Edward Arfhur Drury were each fined £2 and costs.
For having no warrant of fitness, Leslie Frank Brittain, John Keith Mac Donald, and Henry Albert Mason were each fined 10s and costs.
Rana Rauchhod was fined £2 and costs on one charge of having insufficient brakes, and was convicted and discharged on another. He was also fined 10s and costs for failing to signal.
George Raymond Bills was fined £1 and costs for going against a traffic light.
Willie Sue Ching was fined £2 and costs for overloading a motor lorry, and Herbert Edward Colley was fined 30s and costs for a similar offence.
James Beveridge was fined £2 and costs for dangerous driving.
James Henry Lawson was fined £2 and costs for failing to keep to the left.
