"The National Party organises business girls' luncheons. They are the sister—the fine sister —to the soup kitchens," said Mrs. J. A. Lee, speaking at Mr. C. H. Chapman's meeting in St. Francis Hall, Hill Street, last evening. "They give scones and cakes while they talk politics, but I would suggest that you would not only get ordinary indigestion but' political indigestion." She said the Hon. A. Hamilton had tried, to enlist the support of the women because he thought that women were not well informed.
