COCKTAIL PARTY

BUFFET DINNER FOLLOWS

Mr. and Mrs. R. B. Gibbons entertained about 150 friends at a cocktail party which they gave at their home, Boxhill, Khandallah, on Saturday evening between five and seven o'clock. Masses of cherry blossom, bulbs, japonica, and primroses decorated the large reception rooms, and the Misses Patricia and Marjorie Gibbons helped their parents to look after the guests, many of whom stayed on to a buffet dinner.

The hostess was wearing a gown of blue floral chiffon. Miss Patricia Gibbons wore black lacquered satin and her sister was in flowered georgette.
