NAZIS ARRESTED

ACTIVITIES IN AUSTRIA

LONDON, January 27,

The Vienna correspondent of "The Times" says that a leading Nazi, Dr. Taws, has been arrested, ostensibly on account of statements about the Austrian Government in an interview published in Prague, after which the Nazi headquarters were searched and incriminating documents are alleged to have been found.

Another source states that 35 other Nazis were arrested, and that Captain Leopold, leader, of the Austrian Nazis, is held by the police as a material witness. ■
