The Government >. has - banned Rumania's three semi-military "shirt" organisations, namely, the Green Shirts of the Fascist Iron Guard, num« bering 10,000, the Blue Shirts, belong* ing to M.Goga's party, arid the 5000 White Shirts, of the Opposition Peasant Party. The' latter was founded tw« years ago, but was never properly organised! '. '
