FLAG-SNATCHING INCIDENT

TOKIO, January 25,

The "Fuso Shimbun" understands that the Severnleigh sailors- landed during the course of a religious festival, had a few drinks, snatched flags from a house, and-ran away. They did not trample the flags, which the police cannot find. Five sailors have been released and the two still detained are expected to be . released shortly, the captain having apologised.
