SERVICE TO CHURCH
PRESBYTERY'S HOPE
(By Telegraph—Press Association.)
AUCKLAND, June 8,
A resolution expressing the hope that B stations will continue to operate as independent services free from State control was unanimously adopted by the Auckland Presbytery.
The resolution was based on the ground that the Church'had always stood for the widest freedom of speech for minorities, and that B stations had provided a valuable service to the Church, which it hoped to develop in various directions in the future.
