In the first round for the Flighty Cup (bogey) played by the Judgeford ladies on Sunday, the best scores returned were:—Mrs. Carlyon, 2 down; Mrs. O'Toole, 3 down; Miss Cain, 5 down; Mrs. Barnard, 6 down.
In the first round of the Stevenson Cup (eclectic) the best cards were returned by Miss McKinnon and Mrs. West. In the afternoon, in the first round for the Kenner Cup, Mrs. Martin beat Mrs. Horwood, Mrs. Carlyon beat Mrs. Stevenson, Mrs. Barnard beat Miss Gunn, Miss Cain beat Miss Ward, Miss Murphy beat Mrs. Selman, Miss McKinnon beat Miss Nelson by default. Miss Burge beat Miss Ford by default. Miss Pinner beat Miss Mulligan by default, Mrs. Jacobson and Mrs. Levick all square, Mrs. Cossins and Mrs. West all square, Mrs. O'Toole beat Mrs. Hose by default, and Miss Clarke beat Mrs.: Millman by default. The following is the draw for the second round for the Flighty Cup.to be played on Sunday morning:—Miss Pinner and Mrs. Carlyon; Mrs. Selman and Miss Gunn; Mrs. Barnard and Miss Cain- Mrs. Stevenson and Mrs. Levick; Miss Clarke and Mrs. Cossins; Mrs.' Martin and Mrs. O'Toole; Mrs. Joeabson and partner. ■ The, following is the draw for the Stevenson Cup, to be played on Sunday morning:—Mrs. Rose and Miss Ward; Miss Burge and Miss Ford; Miss McKinnon and Mrs. Horwoq.u; Mrs.- West and Miss Mulligan; Miss Murphy and Mrs. Millman. Players start from the thirteenth tee, and must be away by 10 a.m. A putting competition will be played in conjunction.
