TENNIS CLUB DA^CE

An enjoyable dance was held by the members of the Ngahoa Tennis Club at the Taia Hall, Kilbirnie, recently. During the'evening the club president (Mr. F. Martyn Renner) presented the trophies won during the season as follows:—

Ladies' singles championship, "Renner Cup," Miss N. Knox; men's singles championship, Tuckwell Cup, Mr. J. Hamilton; ladies' doubles championship, Misses N. and A. Knox; men's doubles championship, Messrs. W. Marr and J. Hamilton; combined doubles championship, Miss N. Knox and Mr. K. Sando; ladies' singles Mrs. D. Scott; men's singles handicap, Mr. J. Hamilton; ladies' doubles handicap, Misses E. Hargreaves and A. Paulin; men's doubles handicap, Messrs. K. Sando and K. Haswell; combined doubles handicap (George Cup), Miss B. Kelly and Mr. J.
