The Rt. Hon. Lord Ebbisham is president of the \movement, and the vicepresidents include the Earl of Feversham, Lord Hollenden, the Rt. Rev. There is a system of govjrnmenl by the residents, intended to jncourage self-reliance and acceptance if responsibility, and facilities are Dffered for all kinds of outdoor sports, [t is. essentially a "help" yourself movement—idleness and indifference ire taboo.
