The Australian women's cricket team beat East District by six wickets. Scores are:—East District, 99 and 122 (Miss Joan Blake 59). Australia, 103 (Miss Peden 42; Miss Thorne four for 65, Miss Doman three for 69) and 29 for four wickets. The Australians continued batting and had scored 80 for five wickets at stumps.
