LIEUT.-COL A. J. MANSON

It was announced today by the Hon. W. E. Barnard, Speaker of the House of Representatives, that Lieut-Colonel A. J. Manson, M.C., of Hastings, had been appointed Sergeant-at-Arms in the House of Representatives in guccession to the late Lieut-Colonel S. G. Sandle.
