THIRD PARTY RISKS

BILL IN VICTORIA

LINES'OF N.Z. LEGISLATION

(Received June 5, 9.45 a.m.)

MELBOURNE, This Day.

The New Zealand third-patty insurance legislation is being adopted in a Bill to be introduced in the Victorian Parliament in July.

The Chief Secretary, who investigated the position in New Zealand recently, strongly recommended the New Zealand system.

It is unlikely that the insurance companies will agree to the low New Zealand premium. It is likely to be about 70s. Motoring organisations strongly support the plan.
