LINES'OF N.Z. LEGISLATION
(Received June 5, 9.45 a.m.)
MELBOURNE, This Day.

It is unlikely that the insurance companies will agree to the low New Zealand premium. It is likely to be about 70s. Motoring organisations strongly support the plan.
