Cases in the Upper Hutt Court yesterday were dealt with by Mr. H. P. Lawry, S.M.
For I'iding a bicycle at night without lights, Rupert Leonard Tomlin was fined 10s and for not having a rear reflector he was ordered to pay costs.
Peter Robertson was fined £2 for exceeding the licensed load with his heavy traffic vehicle.
Erecting an addition to a building without a permit cost David Jennings £3.
Robert Henry Logan was fined 5s for having an unregistered dog and for a similar offence W. J. Hay was fined 10?.
