AUCKLAND EDUCATION WEEK
A visit to Government House, Auckland, on Wednesday morning, where they were individually presented to the Governor-General, Viscount Galway, was of special interest to the 75 girls who are visiting Auckland in connection ,with the country girls' educational week. His Excellency, who was attended by Sir Standish O'Grady Roche, A.D.C., and Captain R. Stuart French, A.D.C., briefly welcomed the girls and expressed much interest in their;visit and in the programme arranged for their entertainment.
