EASTBOURNE'S EFFORT
The Eastbourne and East Harbour appeal has realised £211, nearly three times the quota required from the district on a population basis. "I am very gratified with the result," said the Mayor of Eastbourne (Mr. E. Wise). "It is in keeping with Eastbourne's efforts over a number of years."
