DIRECTOR REPEATS.
It isn't often that a director gets ! an opportunity to direct the same pic- i ture twice. Anatole Litvak, however, ! accomplished this recently by directing "The Woman I Love," RKORadio's spectacular romance of the ! French Flying Force during the World , War. Six months previously he made ! a French film version of the same story, Joseph Kessel's European bestseller, "L'Equipage," with Annabella, .-.Jean Pierre Aumont, and Charles Vanel in the leading roles, and the picture, proved a sensation. In making the American film. Producer Albert Lewis decided that Litvak. was the logical choice as the director, both because of his success with the earlier version, and for his knowledge of French aviators' psychology which plays such an important part in the story. Co-starring in the picture are Paul Muni and Miriam Hopkins.
