Fraser) today that schools in the Wellington district would reopen on' Monday next, and that all restrictions regarding the attendance of children at picture theatres and public gatherings would b' removed as from the end of the' week. Mr. Fraser said that it was \felt that the infantile paralysis ' epidemic had subsided to such an extent that it was now possible to .safely remove all restrictions.
