CINCINNATI, May 25.
The American Federgtion of Labour, at a special conference, declared war on the Committee for Industrial Organisation. It decided to charter unions in all the fields now occupied, by the C.1.0. The federation is expected first to invade Mr. John L. Lewis's own" mine field. A war fund will be raised by increasing union du6s. ; ■
