The "Daily Telegraph's" San Sebastian correspondent States that It is understood that the Nationalists (Rebels) have offered to exchange lour English prisoners for the two German airmen, Captain Walter Kienzle and Lieut. Gunther Schul'zeplanck, who were sentenced to death by- the Basques. \ A message from Bilbao states that Herr Wandel, another German airman who was captured by the Basques, has been condemned to death.
