WOMAN FATALLY INJURED

(By Telegraph—Press Association.) AUCKLAND, This Day.

• The "death occurred in the Auckland Hospital ■ this morning' of Mrs. 'Ivy Cavenett, aged 40, a resident of Parnell, ■who received head injuries ,when .a motor-car in which she was a passenger was involved in a head-on collision with a tram-car about midnight on Saturday,May 8, on the Great South Road. Another passenger in the car, Cyril Francis Green, aged 32, of Ellerslie, who was injured about the head, is in a very serious condition in the Auckland Hospital.
