REXMANN MINES.
The manager, Rexmann Mines, re.ports for week ending May 21 as fol]_Duririg ows: the week work carried out included five stamper battery dismantled and delivered to the site at Opitonui; battery'site excavated and roadway to it cleared; water race site selected and the water race surveyed. The dismantling of the battery and carting was carried out by contract, balance of work by day labour. During excavation work located two reefs at their caps, one at east corner 12in wide and one at the west side 24in wide, and a trial dish showed a few colours of gold. BULOLO GOLD. Mr. Fred. G. Dunn, attorney for Cltitha Development, Ltd., has received the following production report for April:—"For month of April the total gross production amounted to 12,1010z of bullion, containing 839,00z of fine s-ld from 977,000 cubic yards, including approximately 100,000. cubic yards tailings. Estimated working profit, 60670z of fine gold. The above production is equivalent to £73,412 10s and working profit to £53,086 5s on the basis of £8 15s (Australian) per fine oz of gold.".
