Lord Plymouth, Parliamentary Under-Secretary at the Foreign Office, will leave London on Friday morning by aeroplane on a mission which is described as one of good will to the northern countries. He will arrive that evening at Helsingfors, whert he will spend two days. He-will re-, turn to London on June 4.
