HUTT VALLEY RESULTS
The . game of the day in the Hutt Valley Basketball Association's competitions on Saturday was that between Randwick Al and Convent Old Girls. There Were some fine movements by both teams, but. Rand-wick proved stronger than the younger combination. The victory was even more creditable in. view of the fact that Randwick played one short after Miss Strachan retired hurt after the;i first spell. The excess of pebbles on the courts caused a number of mishaps among the players. Results were as follows:— A Grade. Upper Hutt 20, Randwick A 2 15; Randwick Al 20, Convent O.G. 17; HW.O.G. 27, Lever Bvos 15; Hutt Aotea, a bye. . ' B Grade. Lever Bros. 16, Hutt Aotea 8; Trinity 13, Upper Hutt 6; H.V.O.G. 20, Randwick 19; C.0.G., a bye. C Grade. Randwick C 9, Mac Duffs 5; Bluebirds 15, Technical O.G. 13; McKenzies 8, C.O.G. 7; Randwick C 2 13, Upper Hutt 5. ___^^^______
