INVALIDATION MOVE

(Received April 12, 2.50 p.m.) TORONTO, April 11. In the "Stork Derby" will case relatives of Charles Vance Millar have appealed to the Supreme Couiit of Canada to invalidate the will. The case will be reached in October, and it is believed that it will' indefinitely delay the hearing of six of the claimants. Charles Vance Millar bequeathed a 500,000 dollars prize to- the Toronto mother bearing the most children in a ten-year period ended October 31, 3936. It was adjudged valid by Justice. W. E. Middleton in the Toronto Supreme Court, and upheld by the Ontario Court of Appeal, which held, as did the Supreme Court, that illegitUmate children did not count.
