i :Mt. Andrews spoke in high appreciation;, of the work done by Mr. yf.P. Williams, hon. secretary ;to ..the Mayor's Relief Fund. ' Mr." Williams had been his right-hand man, and ..'had devoted the whole of his time to the work of organising relief. Mr. Williams had. also ;been, an . invaluableI,,worker for the Red Cross.
