The'ifenth annual meeting of .the. Kelburn branch of the ,Plunket Society was held in St. Michael's Schoolroom og.. Thursday. Blundell, Briggs, J..Payhej C^-Be'rendsen.' :i /; ; The' annual. report- states that the committee "Had/ much pleasure in stating that thV-'work has been steadily 'maintained.:': The mothers much apprediated/the valuable help given by Nurse MeClurg, Whose report was as follows: Tf-Visits tojiomes,,4'47;;new babies, 34; visits to rooms, adults 575, babies 560, older children 8. The report continued: , "We accept with very much regret the resignation of Mrs. Barnett as president, and wish to place on record our- appreciation of her work during the last three years. Our 'thanks ,are due to the Anglican Church committee for the,use of their schpolroorn?,6nce a .week and to the members who1 so kindly: provided cars and droye'thfc nurse when necessary."
