The Auckland provincial athletic championship meeting was held ' at Hamilton on Saturday in overcast weather. The track was fairly soft. Miss Ida Campbell broke the . Dominion 50yds record by one-tenth of a second, covering the distance in 6sec, and in the ladies' broad jump Miss E..Munro did 17ft HJin. breaking the New Zealand record,

Ladies' 80yds Hurdles.—Miss E. Munro,..l; Miss Tobman, 2. Time, 12 l-ssec, a New Zealand record.
440yds.—Sayer. 1: Tyrie, 2; Kerr, 3. Time, 49 2-ssec. Three Miles.—Savidon won by 200 yards in 15min. 440 yds Hurdles. —Joyes, 1; Firilayson, 2; Ball, .3. Time, 57 4-ssec. Hop, Step, and Jump.—-Brainsby, 1; Cater, 2; Prendergast 3. Distance, 48ft llin.
