R.A.F. STAFF CHANGES

(British Official Wireless.) (Received August 12, 2 pjn.) RUGBY, August 11. The Air Ministry announced today the following appointments:—Air ViceMarshal Gossage to be Air Officer Commanding No. 11 Fighter Group from September 7 in place of Air-Marshal Joubert de la Ferte; Air-Commodore Bulford to be Superintendent of Royal Air Force Reserve and Inspector of Civil Flying Training Schools from September 21 in place of Group Captain Leckie, who is to be Director of Training at the Air Ministry from October 5 in place of Air-Commodore Tedder.
